Agree on design solution with sales and creative.
Overall responsibility for design/development direction for all aspects.
Ensure specifications, and relevant documentation is on Source to agreed timelines.
Manage workload to meet the agreed deadline.
Provide technical support to the assembly through set-up to first-off production.

02 Knowledge
Ensure all designs meets the given budget of the project.
Ensuring that all necessary detail is in place (specification, BOM, drawings etc) to ensure that the project is handed over to relevant internal/external teams when it enters the production phase.
All design solutions have to incorporate the Company's best practice materials, features and techniques.
