The Role
We're looking for a 3D Spatial Designer who sees space as the starting point. You'll be the initial 3D thinker on a fast-paced global account, interpreting briefs and shaping what the physical experience could be. Working closely with our Creative Directors and the wider creative team, you'll translate ideas and campaigns into bold spatial concepts that set the visual tone for everything that follows. From campaign moments to permanent retail executions, you'll define how a tier-one brand shows up in physical spaces. You won't just visualise ideas, you'll help build the creative foundation. 01 Responsibilities

You'll partner with Technical Designers and Engineers to help evolve concepts into buildable solutions, acting as the guardian of the creative intent as ideas move toward production.
You are confident presenting work internally, capable of clearly explaining both what and why.

02 Knowledge
3-6+ years' experience in a creative, retail, or brand environment.
\- Strong portfolio showcasing concept-led spatial design and retail executions.
\- Software proficiency: Confident in 3Ds Max as your primary spatial tool, alongside Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint or Keynote. Sketch Up & Solidworks are a bonus too but not essential.
\- Core Skills: Strong 3D-modelling in SketchUp, layout planning, and visual storytelling ability.
\- Conceptual clarity: Clear conceptual thinking and a creative response to brand directives.
\- Journey-focused: Deep understanding of spatial planning and the premium customer journey.
\- Art Direction: Ability to visually art-direct a space, focusing on composition, mood, and lighting.
\- Ownership: Comfortable owning and driving early-stage creative direction for key European spaces.
\- Mindset: Collaborative, proactive, and team-oriented.
\- Bonus: General knowledge of retail production, materials, and manufacturing processes.
