The UK team has grown over the past few years from a standing start and are now at their next stage of growth & are looking to enhance their offering into their existing clients & expand services into brands across their sector.

01 Responsibilities
You'll need to be a lateral thinker, commercially savvy who's detailed & will have a proven track record of achieving & surpassing revenue goals, improving profitability & accelerating business growth by actively generating your own leads & securing new revenue streams from existing & new clients.
Working with PM's and the MD to oversee all aspects of client portfolio development including tendering, retention and account management you will create new leads & actively bring new business opportunities to the agency, whilst maintaining good working relationships with existing clients with a view to retain & generate sales through new opportunities, brand loyalty and referrals.

02 Knowledge
- Researching, identifying and nurturing prospects; generating new leads that result in long-term business collaborations.
- Positioning the agency in the appropriate markets, getting in front of the key decision makers.
- Actively developing strategic sales strategies and forecasts focusing on customers in target markets.
- Creating and delivering client specific presentations, research studies and commercial / promotional material and activities.
- Preparing and delivering reliable and timely management reports.

03 Experience
t's essential that you have previous experience & contacts in a B2B role, preferably within a similar field. You'll have a passion for networking & building relationships internally and externally.
You'll have the capacity and experience to multitask and to work under pressure, sometimes to tight timescales, with an ability to forecast, anticipate and respond to future market trends and growth areas, strategic thinker.
It's important that you've got a track record leading f2f and remote meetings and are fluent in IT, CRM and relevant social media. Fluency in English essential.
