Following a recent relocation to a state of the art, purpose-built HQ in the heart of the country, the business is entering into its next phase of growth with the launch of LCD & LED Digital signage, Self-service kiosk, ESL, Payment devices for wider customer base and new verticals (Hospitality, Health wellbeing) , which opens up new routes to market and more scalable, repeatable revenue streams.
The Role
The Sales Director / Head of Sales will be responsible for defining and executing the company's overall sales strategy, managing and developing a sales team, and personally driving high-value opportunities.
The role has a strong strategic and analytical focus, including:
Entry into new vertical markets (Hospitality, Health wellbeing, Commercial) and customer segments
Development of scalable go-to-market models for off-the-shelf and technology products
Ownership of sales data, forecasting, and performance insight to inform business decisions from CRM system.
This is a player-leader role: commercially hands-on, but with clear responsibility for shaping long-term growth and revenue predictability.

01 Responsibilities
**Sales Strategy & Commercial Leadership**
- Define and own the **sales strategy and go-to-market approach**
- Identify and evaluate **new markets, verticals, channels, and customer segments**
- Translate company growth objectives into **clear revenue plans, targets, and KPIs**
- Build and maintain a **robust pipeline, forecasting, and revenue visibility model**
- Work closely with the leadership team to align sales strategy with operational capacity, margin targets, and product roadmap
**Team Leadership & Development**
- Lead, recruit, and develop** high-performing sales team including possible outsourced capacity**,
- Set individual and team targets, monitor performance, and manage incentives
- Coach and mentor team members to improve conversion, margin, process
- Create a performance culture focused on accountability, learning, and results
**Hands-On Sales & Key Accounts**
- Personally manage **key strategic target conversion**, complex opportunities, and higher-value deals
- Lead new business development for priority accounts and early-stage product launches
- Support and close deals alongside the sales team where required
- Work cross-functionally with design, production, and operations to deliver compelling, commercially sound proposals
**Data, Management Information & Commercial Insight**
- Own all **sales MI, reporting, and performance analysis**
- Track and analyse:
- Use insight to inform:
- Present clear, actionable sales insight to senior leadership
**Process, Systems & Continuous Improvement**
- Own and improve **CRM usage, sales processes, and reporting discipline**
- Develop scalable sales processes suitable for repeatable product sales
- Feed customer, competitor, and market insight back for key commercial direction

- Demonstrable experience **building, leading, and motivating small sales teams**
- Strong track record in **new business development and key account growth**
- Highly confident with **sales data, forecasting, MI, and CRM systems**
- Commercially astute with a strategic yet hands-on mindset
**Desirable**
- Experience launching or scaling **productised / off-the-shelf ranges**
- Exposure to **digital, tech-enabled, or hybrid physical/digital products**
- Experience balancing **bespoke project sales with repeatable product revenue**
- Involvement in **market entry or channel expansion initiatives**
