This is a great opportunity for an experienced development engineer candidate looking for their next career move to work in our development office. We have grown significantly in the last 24 months and require additional support to help us develop. We are a fast-paced organisation, and we are looking for someone that has worked in a similar type of role. We specialise in the supply of POS/POP within the temporary and permanent display industry. The physical requirements for this role would be mild due to this being an office-based role.
The Role
Responsible for producing development solutions to support the clients design and technical intent.
Develop cost effective solutions to suit the most effective route to in house manufacture or outsourced manufacture.

01 Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys as and when required.
- To embrace a team culture conducive to teamwork, individual empowerment, honesty, and that is commercially astute.
- To conduct yourself in a professional, honest and respectful manner at all times internally and outside of the business
- Implementing all the company’s procedures and policies so our employees understand and follow company guidelines
- Communicating any problems or obstacles to your line manager to these can be managed effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Planning, workshop, prototype and pre-production to align development activities with sales forecasts, demand planning, and budgetary constraints to we all work towards a shared goal.
