Experience designer retail environments within an agency or in-house brand team
Strong sketching/scamping ability - able to get ideas out quickly and explore freely
Confident using 3D (Cinema 4D, 3DS Max or similar) to develop and communicate ideas
A sharp eye for composition, storytelling and visual direction - from mood boards to final design intent
Ability to interpret design direction into clear spatial ideas
Solid understanding of materials and manufacturing
Awareness of fashion, cultural and retail trends
Strong sense of space, layout and how people move through environments
Ability to balance creative ambition with real world buildability
Genuine curiosity, innovative thinking and new ideas
