01 Responsibilities
**Existing Client Management**
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with key personnel at all levels within client organisations.
- Thoroughly understand client needs and organisational structures to craft commercial strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand business within existing client groups, including other brands or product categories.
**Team Management and Development**
- Lead and develop a high-performing multi-skilled team through mentoring, coaching, and creating growth opportunities for project managers and administrators in line with KPI's.
- Foster a collaborative team culture by implementing regular team building activities and establishing clear communication channels between stakeholders.
- Drive team excellence through performance management, skill development programs, and strategic resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
