The Role
Reporting into the Account Director/Senior Account Manager, and in support of the Account Managers, the Account Executive is responsible for managing client projects from the briefing stage through to delivery.
This role involves understanding operational processes, maintaining accurate system-based information, ensuring quality control, and facilitating internal coordination for project success.
The Account Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring project success, maintaining client satisfaction, and contributing to the seamless functioning of the business.
The Account Executives are expected to cover the office and be available for first line contact.

01 Responsibilities
- With support from the Account Director/Manager manage client projects from brief through to completion.
- With support from the Account Manager/Director ensure adherence to the Critical Path Analysis (CPA) is consistently met and maintained.
- Obtain written approvals from clients and retailers.
- Work closely with clients and the retailers to thoroughly understand their needs.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between the client, the retailer and the business.
- Work with the Account Director/Managers to exceed client needs and meet retailer expectations.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high quality service levels and that all projects are delivered on time and to the brief.
- Inform the Account Director/Managers on issues or concerns which may impact the client relationship in a timely, clear, and concise manner.

- Work with the Account Director / Manager and working in collaboration with other internal teams produce a Critical Path Analysis (CPA) for each project and ensure seamless project execution in line with the timeframes detailed.
- Work in close collaboration with Operational and Production departments to guarantee timely and quality project execution.
- Ensure clarity of project briefs at every stage.
- Obtain written approvals from clients and retailers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the first point of contact for operational teams regarding production information, including stock holding, artwork, development, packing details, and delivery scheduling.
**COLLABORATION WITH MARKETING:**
- Provide Marketing with necessary information and content related to projects on request.
**FORECASTING, REPORTING, AND INTERNAL SYSTEMS/PROCESSES:**
- Maintain and update system-based information to reflect the latest project requirements and status.
- Ensure all information in the System is accurate and up to date.
- Ensure all projects have an accurate purchase order number prior to proceeding to production.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with production processes and quality standards in the display manufacturing industry is preferable.
