Nigel Wilson

Nigel Wilson has been working as a headhunter in retail marketing and design and POS/POP for 12 years. After education at Bedford School and Manchester Polytechnic, he started his career in retail management, and then worked in retail design and display as a sales executive, regional sales manager and sales & marketing director. Nigel is fascinated by people - what makes them tick, what their values are, and helping them to develop and achieve their goals. Setting up an executive search business was a natural move for him. He also runs occasional training courses for companies of all sizes in the UK and Europe. He has a diploma in performance coaching, and often carries out one-to-one mentoring.

He is tri-lingual, speaks commercial French and German, and is very European in approach and attitude.

Nigel is married with four daughters, and lives in Tenterden, Kent. His passions are his family, playing guitar, Chelsea Football Club, France and running his French discussion group, good food of all types (but keeping fit and in shape!) and being surrounded by interesting, authentic, fun people.
