Finally, our service continues after a candidate has been placed. The initial 3 to 6 months can be a critical time for new employees.  We remain in touch with both our clients and candidates during the ‘onboarding’ process, helping the new recruits to successfully climb on board and integrate, to get on track and up to speed so they can start making a contribution as soon as possible.  We regard onboarding as an intrinsic part of the placement process.
